I work a full-time job Monday–Friday.

  • I’m typically more available to answer emails and questions after 5:00 PM (CST) on weekdays.
  • On Saturdays and Sundays, I’m around most of the day and can usually respond more quickly.

Orders can be placed anytime through the website, 24/7.

How can I contact you?

The easiest way to reach me is through the chat feature on our website. It works like a messenger system. You don’t need to stay on the site after sending your question, and you’ll receive a response via email.

If I need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, I will reach out using the email you provided at checkout.

Digital Designs

About My Digital Designs

There will be no watermarks on your file(s) once payment is complete. Watermarks are used solely to keep my artwork my own ◡̈ 

Created using a 12 x 12 canvas with 300 dpi.

Please note that it is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure any products you plan to create to sell do not have trademarks or copyrights in the category you sell in. For example: Some phrases and words are not allowed on apparel but can be made into a sign. You would have to check the trademark and copyright databases for specific information. 

If on the rare occasion you have any problems with a design you have purchased, please message me directly using the chat feature located on the website and I will do my absolute best to assist you.

Monogram Sets

A download link for the individual PNG FILES for every letter SET of the alphabet.

There will be a total of 26 png letter files. Letter files are in the form of AAA, BBB, CCC etc.

To create monograms from this, you will simply “crop out” or “erase” the letter(s) not needed in your monogram file. All monogram files are structured this way. If you need help with this please contact me and I would be happy to walk you through it!

Alpha Sets

Our Alpha Sets include all Alphabet letters A-Z. Each letter is supplied individually in high quality, 300dpi, transparent PNG files.

ALPHA SETS ARE NOT TYPABLE FONTS. EACH LETTER IS AN INDIVIDUAL PNG FILE.

You may not resell the full alpha set in any way shape or form.

You may resell completed words and/or phrases using this alpha set.

Delivery On Digital Items

All Items unless otherwise stated are instant PNG Downloads. 

Exceptions: 

•Some items require your email to be added to a google drive to access files. You will be added within 24 hours of purchase.

•Custom PNG files will be emailed to the email you checkout with within 7 Business days. 

Licensing

We do not require any additional license to be purchased to sell our designs on completed products - (apparel, transfers, decals etc.)

I just ask you don’t share the images and/or alter the images in any way.

The - O N L Y - exception to this is by purchasing an alpha set. In that case, completed word digitals can be resold but individual letters / letter sets can NOT.

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on digital items once they are downloaded. No exceptions. So please verify BEFORE you purchase, that you have the appropriate software to use digital files and / or are aware you are purchasing a DIGITAL FILE.

Retail Items

Are Your Items Handmade?

Yes! Most of my items are handmade or custom-designed with care right here in-house.

I use my own heat press, tumbler press, hat press, sewing machine, and laser to create unique, high-quality pieces with close attention to detail.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa + PayPal.

PayPal is preferred as it protects both of us - Buyer & Seller.

When Can I Expect My Order To Be Ready?

Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 10 business days for production before shipping / pickup.

Ready-to-Ship Items: These usually ship / are ready for pickup within 2 business days.

How Will I Know When My Order Is Ready?

For Shipped Items: You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been packaged. Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking number to update.

For Local Pickup: You will receive an email with pickup instructions and location information once your order has been packaged and placed in our pickup box.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Made-to-Order Items: Because each item is created just for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on made-to-order purchases. Please double-check sizing, personalization details, and order notes before checking out.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Returns, refunds, or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out right away with photos so we can make it right.
