- To print png digital files you must have a printer and know the limitations and abilities of your own device, ink etc. I am not responsible for how your specific printer prints the images. Digital files are as shown, if the project you are completing does not turn out as vivid, the colors are off, or scaling is off this is not the responsibility of the digital artist. Please do not leave bad reviews because your personal device did not do what you wanted.

- To use for sublimation, you must have a sublimation printer and heat press and know what colors your sublimation machine is capable of printing, not all files contain available sublimation colors. Digital artists are not responsible for how sublimation ink prints a design, it is out of our control. I do not offer support for sublimation issues. Please do not leave a negative review because your sublimation printer did not print the colors as vivid as you may have liked. The digital file is a set color, if your machine cannot print these colors this is not the artist fault or error.

- I do NOT provide Circuit, Silhouette, Sublimation, printer, or any other software/hardware support. Not all digital artwork will work well with cutting machines, or their programs. I am not responsible for the limits of these programs and/or machines. I am a digital designer and I do not use these items as part of my service. Please be sure you understand how to use digital PNG and SVG files, your software/hardware before purchase. Refunds are not given due to your lack of understanding your own product. Please do NOT leave a negative review because your device did not provide the results you had hoped for, this is not a digital artist fault or responsibility, and we should not be held responsible for device issues. If you have an issue that you think I could potentially assist you with, please feel free to reach out to me, but do understand if I am unable to assist on your specific need/request.

- Not all digital files are sublimation or cutting machine friendly. Please do not leave bad reviews if your cutting machine does not properly cut my digital files, such as heavy distressing, etc. Digital files are created and sold for use in many projects, not limited to sublimation and/or cutting projects. Please know the limitations of your sublimation and cutting machines before purchasing digital files. Digital artists are NOT responsible for limitations of sublimation and cutting machines or programs. 

- Images are saved at 300 DPI

- Make sure you review your design png once purchased and downloaded for any potential errors (grammar, does not match mockup/proof, etc.). Do NOT rely solely on the proof(s)/ mockup(s) provided in the listing as mistakes (human error) can be made when uploading the actual design to the listing. The actual downloaded design should be proofed/reviewed by you upon downloading for any errors and I should be notified immediately of said errors to provide you the corrected version. I am NOT responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses you incur if you order products with your digital design without verifying accuracy beforehand. The proof(s) /mockup(s) provided are not the final draft. The final draft is and will always be the actual digital design png itself. No exceptions will be made in regard to refunds/credit for out-of-pocket expenses.
